WTP TEXAS

WTP Texas is building a future rooted in decentralization, anti-corruption, and antiwar values—principles that reflect the independent spirit of the Lone Star State.

Texans have long stood for self-determination and local control. But today, our communities are being held back by the same concentrated power structures—lobbyist-driven boards, corporate-aligned political parties, and national special interests—that have captured both the DNC and RNC.

We’re here to change that.

By removing the gatekeeping power of centralized party leadership and empowering everyday Texans to directly influence policy through transparent, community-driven processes, WTP Texas is building a new foundation for local democracy.

We’re also committed to redirecting public funds away from multinational corporations and back toward Texas-owned small and medium-sized businesses—those who actually build and sustain our local economy.

Here’s what that means in practice:

Texas Resilient Local Economies.jpg

Resilient Local Economies

Texas dollars should stay in Texas, supporting the communities that earn them.

Secured Supply Chains

Critical industries must be locally sustainable and nationally independent.

Real Solutions, Not Rhetoric

We’re done waiting for broken federal systems to act. Texans will lead from the ground up.

Desert Landscape at Sunrise

 Why WTP?

WTP’s structure removes centralized executive control and puts decision-making power  back where it belongs: with the people.

We’re creating citizen assemblies across Texas—comprised of everyday party members,  not insiders or lobbyists. These assemblies will shape policy through open debate,  constitutional alignment, and data-backed solutions.

You don’t need to be an elected official to change things. With WTP, you just need to care  about your community.

This Isn’t About Left or Right

It’s not about choosing the lesser evil. It’s about building something better—something  owned by the people, driven by evidence, and rooted in local power.

We’re not here to save you.

We’re here to give you the tools to take control.

Why Texans Are Fed Up
+
What We’re Doing About It:

IMMIGRATION

Both parties have built a system where no one wins, except their donors.

Major GOP donors benefit from cheap undocumented labor. At the same time, private prison owners profit from long detention stays and funnel their profits back into the RNC and DNC to ensure demand for their prisons and detention centers never falters.

Neither party addresses the root causes—like failed foreign policy and a broken, outdated immigration system—that drive migration in the first place. We don’t have any of those conflicts of interest, so we will.

THE ECONOMY

Texas ranks #1 in economic distress. Half of us live paycheck to paycheck.

And while politicians boast about GDP growth, housing costs, inflation, and job security paint a very different picture for everyday Texans.

AI is also set to hit Texas hard—especially in industries like:

  • Transportation & Warehousing

  • Manufacturing

  • Retail

  • Agriculture

  • Food Service

  • Customer Support

  • Administrative Roles

WTP supports proactive, community-informed strategies to regulate AI and protect jobs—including blockchain-based digital ID systems that help Texans retain ownership of their data and share in the profits generated from their digital footprint.

HEALTH & HEALTHCARE

Our healthcare system puts profit before people—and both parties are complicit.

Insurance companies, pharma giants, and private hospitals all donate to both sides of the aisle.

The result?

The most expensive system in the developed world, with some of the worst outcomes.

We believe in medical freedom, transparency, and removing toxic influences—from our environment, food supply, and policy-making process. Whether you support public options or free-market approaches, there’s common ground in putting people first!
